The Beech Hurst Report was a collaboration with Hannah Robinson, Thomas Kemp, Ruby Roberts, Luke Holden, Aaron Naish, Maxwell Wootton and James Langham. The report was compiled to highlight the condition of the Beech Hurst building on Poole High Street.

The building was recognised as a key building by Poole Quay's Forum and the BCP Council. The report was created as part of a submission to Historic England's Future high street fund.

The bid resulted in a £625,000 grant from Historic England which was was then matched by BCP Council to provide a £1.2million fund to restore, renovate and improve Poole High Street.
