Inspired in part by the works of Archigram and Will Alsop, whilst developing upon the failures of the Japanese metabolism movement and Elementals Social housing schemes; these social housing modules provide a future scenario for the town of Poole. The modules organic and playful forms break down the orthogonal normality of modular design.

The modules are raised off the ground allowing for the creation of a public park below. This also protects the houses from potential flooding in the future due to the sites low topography. A cylindrical glass lift core not only provides access to the modules but also acts as a light well for the park below.

The modularity of the design allows each module to communicate with another. This means modules can be interchanged and moved around. Each of the modular housing units have interchangeable pods that allow for expansions.
